Virtual Health Consulting

THE PHOENIX RISING METHOD

Phoenix Rising offers functional medicine through a virtual health consulting program, which is designed to offer one-on-one support to uncover your underlying health concerns, address your health needs & goals, and assist you on a path of recovery and healing.

Virtual Functional Medicine Program What to expect

At Phoenix Rising, we offer a telehealth wellness program that provides comprehensive, personalized care tailored to your individual needs and health concerns. Rather than quick fixes or generalized protocols, we prioritize sustainable health strategies in our online functional medicine program. Our goal is to provide you with personalized, continued support during these four months, with the option to extend your care after the program's completion.

If you are in the Houston area and would like to receive in-person care, Dr. Earley is currently accepting new patients for acupuncture, NAET, and functional medicine. You may schedule an initial visit with her here.

Book Your FREE Virtual Health Discovery Call

Select your health consultant and arrange a discovery session to ensure compatibility. This call is an opportunity to inquire about our program. Based on our discussion, we'll assess if our care approach aligns with your health objectives. If we mutually agree on the fit, we proceed to Step 2.

Step 1

Start Your Personalized Health Program

We will initiate the program by arranging comprehensive functional medicine lab work. This includes an extensive Blood Chemistry & Urinalysis Panel (for adults), and either a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis or a Bioresonance Scan, depending on your chosen provider's expertise.

Once we receive your lab results, we'll schedule your first virtual health consultation. This online meeting will feature a thorough health assessment and evaluation, a discussion centered on your personal, attainable health goals, and a detailed review of your lab results. You'll receive your first personalized health optimization plan, custom-made to set you on your journey towards improved health.

At this stage, your initial payment of $2,000 is due, which solidifies your spot in the program.

STEP 2

OPtimize Health with Functional Medicine

During the subsequent three months of the program, our focus shifts to sustained support and further health enhancement. This stage involves monthly consultations with your selected provider and timely updates to your personalized protocols, adapting to your evolving health needs. You'll maintain constant access to your provider throughout the four-month program via a secure messaging portal for prompt queries and updates.

This enhancement phase requires three monthly payments of $665 or a one-time payment of $1,995.

Step 3

Continued Care

After successfully completing the initial 4-month telehealth functional medicine program, you have the opportunity to extend your care with your chosen provider, ensuring consistent support as previously outlined. You have the flexibility to add an additional 3 or 6 months of remote health coaching.

Step 4

Dani

Dani Forbess is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Yoga Instructor. In her former career, she has served communities in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Cape Town, South Africa, Los Angeles, and the greater Pacific Northwest; she now lives in Boise, Idaho.

As a passionate advocate of wellness, she believes that the body is our greatest source of wisdom. Her own healing journey began when she developed an autoimmune disorder in the early 1980’s as a child. After undergoing years of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments, she was able to overcome this condition. Nutritional deficiency led her back to the healing journey with the development of clinical depression in her 20’s, hypothyroidism in her 30’s, and Epstein Barr after the birth of her third child. She was determined to jump start her own healing once again and listen to her body’s call for support.

After serving as a pastor for twenty years, she made the decision to become an NTP and to pursue a Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Her own health experience continues to teach of the body’s innate capacity to heal. The right support and environment does not require perfection, but intention. Her coaching expertise allows clients to refine their intentions so that a clear map to healing can emerge.

Dani practices food as medicine and movement as healing. She has been a strong advocate of healing and wellness for her husband and her three almost grown children. You can find her researching biochemistry and human physiology, teaching yoga, walking her dogs, or tending her kitchen garden.

F.A.Q.

Are your services or labs covered by insurance?

All health consulting services are "cash pay", out of pocket. We do not provide diagnosis codes or treatment codes. We do not communicate with insurance companies in any manner. You may use Health Savings Accounts or any credit card for payments.

Can I order labs through my MD, since insurance covers some blood work?

No, the comprehensive blood chemistry and urinalysis panel is customized for Phoenix Rising clients, as it includes specialty markers that are not covered through insurance. As a result, doctors will not run the markers that are needed in order to gain a thorough health assessment, and we are left with an incomplete picture of health.

Are your services offered separately?

No, health consulting services are not offered separately, except for add-ons to the current program that was outlined above. Add-ons could include additional meetings with your health consultant, additional labs and analysis consultations, etc.

Why required labs?

The foundational labs offered in the program are required so that the Phoenix Rising consultant may gain a comprehensive depiction of your current health status. Please note: All labs must be completed within 4 weeks of the time of the initial payment.

What about additional labs?

Additional labs may be recommended; however, they are optional. The fees for additional labs vary. You are welcome to add more lab tests separately for additional fee(s) based on your health consultant's recommendations. A few additional labs that are commonly added are DUTCH (hormone panel), Gut Zoomer, Total Tox Burden, Wheat Zoomer/Leaky Gut Panel.

Why four months?

Nutritional therapy and lifestyle modifications take time; healing is not a quick fix, but four months generally allows enough time to discover underlying root causes, get started on a personalized health journey, and begin to feel noticeable and significant benefits.
